You will work as Knowledge Management Specialist in our HQ in Milan.

What's your goal?

Creating and managing content or information on the Digital Tools developed for our external customers (Web Catalogue, e-commerce platform, etc.) and to engage, educate and improve awareness about them internally and externally.

You will also promote the network with Chief Commercial Officers and other related functions to gather from them needs and opportunities to improve existing tools or create new ones and promote a common language for better and consistent sponsorship of our digital platforms.

You are responsible for content generation to boost projects visibility within and outside Prysmian.
Working with global communication team, regional marketing, and agencies (eventually).
You will manage the network and be the key point of contact.
Contributing to the longterm success by being a collaborative team member.
Analysis of competitors and market intelligence activities.
Research to have a deeper understanding on the topics on which you will be creating the content.
