Within the Group Talent Management and Strategic Sourcing team we are looking for a Group Talent management analyst to join a very flat, enthusiastic and energetic team to support in making things happen Our people are the foundation of our business and we strongly believe that each of us can really contribute to the growth of our Group as Sustainability Champion.

The main tasks of the job will be:

  • Support Talent Management processes and projects by running data analysis on Group Talent Pool and preparing xls reports and presentations
  • Support the monitoring of Group Talent KPIs
  • Collect and maintain high quality data for key populations (ie. Senior leaders and Talents)
  • Contribute to enhance data quality on Group Talents and Senior Leaders Pools
  • Collaborate to organize and prepare talent review meetings supporting the Global HR Community

Must have

  • Degree in economics or social sciences
  • At least 23 years of work experience, preferably in a Multinational Company
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent proficiency in English

  • Open minded, team player, capable to build positive relations with different stakeholders
