POSITION


The Continuous Improvement Specialist, supports the operations setting-up the factory resources in order to deliver the best performance to the customer.

The position is based in Fermo.


Main Responsabilities:


  • Designing factory layout in cooperation with stakeholders;
  • Workstations balancing in order to improve OLE;
  • Organizing workstations to give benefit to workers and improve performance;
  • Designing equipment in cooperation with our suppliers;
  • Promoting and managing continuous improvement activities;
  • Bringing lean manufacturing culture leading training sessions and lean projects;
  • Leading recurring Kaizen events with workers and employees;
  • Ensuring the equipment availability through a maintenance plan;
  • Executing cycletime analysis;
  • Supporting the launch of new products;
  • Ensure monitoring e respecting of company target KPIs.

PROFILE

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering;
  • 34 years' experience in similar roles;
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • Excellent skills with MS Office;
  • Knowledge of CAD, MES, APS and lean tools;
  • Lean and Green belt certifications are a plus;
  • Good knowledge of shoes production processes is a plus;
  • Knowledge of Stealth 3000 and Model Form is a plus;
  • Strong analytical skills and synthesis ability;
  • Good relational skills;
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to details and high level of accuracy;
  • Problem solving;
  • Flexibility and proactivity;
  • Strong Self-Motivation;
  • Passion for Fashion and Luxury.
