POSITION

The Continuous Improvement Specialist, supports the operations setting-up the factory resources in order to deliver the best performance to the customer.

The position is based in Fermo.

Main Responsabilities:

Designing factory layout in cooperation with stakeholders;
Workstations balancing in order to improve OLE;
Organizing workstations to give benefit to workers and improve performance;
Designing equipment in cooperation with our suppliers;
Promoting and managing continuous improvement activities;
Bringing lean manufacturing culture leading training sessions and lean projects;
Leading recurring Kaizen events with workers and employees;
Ensuring the equipment availability through a maintenance plan;
Executing cycletime analysis;
Supporting the launch of new products;
Ensure monitoring e respecting of company target KPIs.

PROFILE

Bachelor's degree in Engineering;
34 years' experience in similar roles;
Good knowledge of English;
Excellent skills with MS Office;
Knowledge of CAD, MES, APS and lean tools;
Lean and Green belt certifications are a plus;
Good knowledge of shoes production processes is a plus;
Knowledge of Stealth 3000 and Model Form is a plus;
Strong analytical skills and synthesis ability;
Good relational skills;
Excellent communication skills, attention to details and high level of accuracy;
Problem solving;
Flexibility and proactivity;
Strong Self-Motivation;
Passion for Fashion and Luxury.
