Inside Sales Representative
As an
Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS), a part of Arrow Electronics, brings innovative IT solutions to market to solve complex business challenges.
What will you do:
Arrow is looking for an
Inside Sales Representative to join our Team in Milan. This position will be in direct contact with sales teams and different counterparts. There is a tremendous chance to develop our business to be even more successful.
Inside Sales Representative
What will you be doing at Arrow ECS?
- Act as the link between sales team and different counterparts and may need to join customer and supplier visits
- Research and disseminate information on potential customers, supplier related activities, cost and schedule of designated project with local team
- Evaluate opportunities, develop penetration plan and provide direction to Arrow teams
- Identify pipeline potential strategic global customers for incremental business beyond design transfers
- Develop, coordinate and follow up strategies for smooth transitions
- May manage customer quotes activities in line with customer specific strategies, quoting processes, and order management
- Identifying new sales opportunities by working with buyers and engineers to provide quotes, technical support and data sheets, and by placing purchase orders.
- Maintain accounts by providing customer service on orders.
- Other maintenance tasks include: tracking shipments, maintaining orders, managing backlog, expediting orders and troubleshooting.
What we are looking for:
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
Business fluency in Italian and in English:
- Comfortable in working both independently and as a team member.
- Proactive and flexible, take responsibility of your duties, can work also under pressure, understand how details affect the big picture and show positive cando attitude.
- Teamwork and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn quickly new processes and tools.
- Accuracy is a must in this position.
- Technical or commercial education and working experience in sales back office or operations are preferred.
