We are looking for an exceptional
Financial Analyst, for our site in
Italy, Reggio Emilia:

  • Analyse transactional / operational data, identify anomalies, and collaborate with multi-functional groups to drive cost optimization initiatives and improve performance.
  • Support site and BU in pursuit financial targets through indepth analysis and support the growth of business unit.
  • Prepare forecast and related analysis to understand business/economic/environmental drivers of actual results versus operating plan and forecast.
  • Develop, standardize, and improve regular analyses and reports and recommending quantifiable actions to leaders and stakeholders.
  • Assist with month end close and the preparation of monthly financial statements.
  • Backup other finance team members as required.
  • Play an active role in financial systems implementation.

The
Financial Analyst needs to have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 or plus years of related finance or accounting experience
  • Prior experience in manufacture with cost accounting knowledge preferred
  • Experience in Finance/Accounting gained in complex/multinational organization with variety of operations preferred
  • Be familiar with Oracle system will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of the US GAAP is a plus

English languages are mandatory

  • Solid communication & collaborative mindset.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Reggio Emilia: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- accounting: 4 years (required)
