  • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic person to join our team as Sales Performance Data Analyst. You will play a pivotal role in driving Sales KPI setting, Tracking field force trend, the consumer health market sellin and sellout data. You will contribute to build a strong KPI culture underlying effectiveness and efficiencies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales Performance Analysis: monitor and analyze sales performance by processing and interpreting data related to sales activities. Identify trends and provide insights to enhance the effectiveness of sales forces.
  • Data Processing and Management: collect, process, and manage data related to sales activities using analytical tools and information systems. Generate periodic reports to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies.
  • Planning and Forecasting: Collaborate with various business functions to develop sales plans based on the analysis of historical data and market trends. Contribute to define realistic and accurate sales forecasts.
  • Resource Optimization: Evaluate the allocation of sales resources to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of commercial activities. Identify opportunities to optimize sales territories and improve market coverage.
  • Sales Training and Support: Provide analytical support to sales teams to enhance their skills and optimize market penetration strategies. Collaborate with the sales team to implement new processes or initiatives based on data.
  • Sales Personnel Performance Evaluation: Develop key metrics to assess individual and team performance of sales forces. Recommend corrective or improvement actions based on assessment results.
  • Reporting and Communication: Regularly communicate analysis results and provide updates to internal stakeholders. Collaborate with involved business functions to ensure effective communication and synergistic cooperation.

COMPETENCIES

  • 24 years' experience as Sales Data Analyst or similar in the Consumer Health Care or FMCG or Retail field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or related fields (MBA is a plus).
  • Capability to analyse Sales data such as performance, KPIs, customers, sellout
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, trends, sales and customer needs.
  • Resultsoriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in using analytical tools and data processing software, in particular Power BI and Excel
  • Fluency in English and Italian
