  • Purpose of this role is to guarantee an Omnichannel consistent activation plan across our Market by coordinating and supporting all the key counterparts and stakeholders in order to deliver One Brand Plan at the eyes of consumers, contributing to performance achievements for Key Accounts and X-border Accounts.
In addition the role will execute, track and optimize plans in accordance with global and EUROPE guidelines and the local strategic plans in order to:

  • guarantee the visibility of company's key concepts on customers' on/offline channels.
- achieve business and marketing objectives for the different categories, thus increasing the sell-out.
- reach out the adidas consumer aiming at exciting, engaging and converting intention to buy into sales across on/offline platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • To guarantee an integrated Zone Marketplace activation Calendar across Key Accounts and Xborder Accounts, on/offline
  • To guarantee an updated mapping of physical doors across for a geomarketing view and action plan
  • To plan recurrent alignments with Brand teams
  • To support the communication with European Activation Teams supporting Account plans executed in the Zone (ie: talents, athletes, services.)
  • To coordinate and facilitate the above execution plans within Zone marketing organization guaranteeing a clear brief to local marketing counterparts (ie. talents & influencers selected by PR, media plan managed by Media Manager, etc)
  • Contribute to the regular reporting (sellout, KPIs) for an Integrated Marketplace campaign results
  • Contribute to create and implement Account Marketing Plans for selected local Accounts and support dedicated digital and media campaigns execution, in fully alignment with Global and local strategy; support presentation for/with Sales and Digital Teams
  • Coordinate campaigns and productfocused messaging in partnership with Media Manager, Brand Communication, Pr, Cultural Marketing and Sports Marketing sticking the Seasonal Campaigns calendar;
  • Implement the most effective and inspiring digital consumer journey leveraging on Global toolkit or creating local contents, across Accounts' or media platforms to hit brand desire and increase sellout, measuring and reporting generated goals and ROI;
  • Use on line monitoring tools to report on metrics while continually finding ways to improve engagement/conversion through testing and new digital initiatives;
  • Ensure consistent communication and contents creation in line with company standards and brand guidelines;
  • Check assigned budget, in line with Direct Manager's guidelines and in full respect of internal Procurement procedures
  • Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
  • Understanding of WHS/Retail
  • Project management abilities
  • Experience in Trade Marketing and/or Retail
  • Italian and English: fluent, written and spoken


  • IT skills

  • Outlook and Word: basic; Excel and Power point: advanced;
