Within the Compliance Department, the U.O.

Conformità e Privacy unit aims to ensure the regular fulfillment of the core compliance duties in accordance with the relevant Banca d'Italia, CONSOB and IVASS regulations.


Main Tasks:

  • Managing the compliance control framework
  • Exante and expost verification of the suitability of internal procedures to ensure compliance with applicable rules with a specific focus on investment services
  • Supporting the Company projects in relation to compliance topics
  • Reporting to the process owners and corporate bodies

Must have:

  • University level degree in finance/economics, business administration or law
  • Problemsolving and analytical skillset
  • Ability to drive topics and deliver results even under pressure and time constraints
  • Team player
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Digital mindset
  • Availability to travel
Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the banking/financial regulatory framework
  • Successful track record of at least 1 year in control functions
