Responsabilities:
Desk Expediting
Field Expediting
Expediting report issue
Assign field expediter
Expediting report review
Collecting sensitive data (progress percentages and assessed/completion dates)
VDL, Sub-orders, raw material, production plan, monthly progress, packing list review
Documentation management according to VDL
Manufacturing improvement/recovery plan management
IRN review
Prerequisites:
Fluent English language (writing, listening, speaking)
Technical degree
Good MS Excel skills
Well organized working method
Available for business trips for inspection/expediting visits at vendor premises
The project lasts for 1 year, mainly remote work, with training provided at the company in Milan. Hybrid work mode, with 1-2 days in the office per week.
