Woltair Italia, an innovative Start-up in the energy transaction industry, is now looking for a Business Development & Marketing Intern to spread the wings

Do you want to be part of the change? Do you care about the future of our planet and is sustainability a topic that interests you? Then we are looking for you

You will help the Marketing team to forge new partnerships, develop editorial plans for social channels and identify tactics for an effective SEO strategy.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in various Marketing initiatives throughout Italy.

What you will do - 70 BD / 30 MKTG:

Seek and found potential partners within our client industry (ie architects, builders, contractors) from a B2B and B2C perspective
Cultivate these contacts in order to make our project known to as many people as possible
Taking care of the entire new B2B customer acquisition process
Creation of editorial plans and attractive content for the website and the social channels to increase brand awareness and engagement
Optimisation of content and development of link building activities to improve website ranking
Trend and performance analysis via Google Search Console
Keyword analysis using tools such as Semrush and Conductor

What you will bring:

Marketing and Communication Degree, Economics or similar studies
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Italian and English
Client orientation with a good influencing and selling skills
Analytical and inquisitive mindset, ability to plan and learn quickly in a everchanging environment
Very good knowledge of the main social media
Basic knowledge of the main SEO and Analytics metrics (ie Impressions, Sessions, CTR) and analytics tools (GA4 and Google Search Console)
