Your key responsibilities:


Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop a cohesive P&O agenda that is in line with overall Business strategy and drive, with Business Partners, its implementation across assigned country.
  • Provide counsel and strategic recommendations on the design and implementation of P&O services
  • Lead the efficient implementation of P&O processes and programs across the country (i.e. Recruitment/ Selection, Rewards, Learning, Performance Management, Talent Management, Organization Development, Engagement)
  • Manage the development of strategic and tactical workforce planning, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Provide change management support to transformation and restructuring efforts.
  • Drive personnel cost planning, initiating periodic cost and productivity analyses.
  • Manage the preparation and finalization of P&O investments plans and budgets. Manage the correct and timely implementation of P&O policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the management and development of P&O teams and Lead or initiate various P&O Projects.

Minimum requirements

What you'll bring to the role:

  • 10+ years of experience in HR roles
  • Strong People Leadership and Organization Development experience
  • Strong Employee Relations experience
  • Fluent Italian and English
  • Previous experience as part of a Leadership team will be considered a plus
