We have been instructed by a multinational company operating in services/logistics to source a Head of Legal and Compliance in Italy.

The role will report to the General Counsel Europe. The Italian entity has about 5,000 employees.

The Head of Legal and Compliance for Italy will be a member of the leadership team, be a member of the Ethics and Compliance Committee for Europe and manage two resources.

The responsibilities will include:
Commercial contracts drafting and negotiation (public-private tenders)
Compliance and data privacy
Company Secretary

Salary package:
Dirigente. Euro ,000 circa. Plus benefits.
