Healthcare Informatics Intern

Become a part of the Radiology Informatics team, within the wider Philips Health Systems business area.

Work Mode: Balanced hybrid (2 days from the office +3 days working remotely) way of working

Compensation: Remunerated extracurricular internship with additional allowance for those relocating to Genova

What You'll Do:

Gain handson experience with Philips HealthSuite Imaging Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) and Radiology Information System (RIS) solutions.
Work on diverse assignments, including integrating products with client software, data migration, software monitoring, maintaining lab/testing environments, and conducting service data analysis.
Collaborate with Customer Service organizations to address technical challenges and have a chance to work with R&D teams to improve solutions.

You will be given responsibilities on projects and activities as defined by the team lead in your learning assignment._

To Succeed in this Internship:

Be a recent graduate in (Biomedical) Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, or related disciplines.
Fluent in both Italian and English (oral and written).
Knowledge and experience with Windows OS, including Windows Servers. Experience with storage platforms and networking is a plus.
Experience with programming languages, shell, and database scripting. Familiarity with Oracle DB is advantageous.
Demonstrate troubleshooting and analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
