Partnerships & Revenue Manager


At ATLANTE you will be the right hand of the Chief Commercial Officer Italy, and in charge of developing and implementing important aspects of Atlante's growth strategy, with a specific focus on developing strategic partnership and synergies with several operators.

Main objective of your tasks will be to create contact and business opportunities with partners that can provide the access to a pool of final clients for our public charging network.

The success of your activities will be measured in improving Atlante's revenues line thanks to the increase of final customers.

To do this you will ideally count on an interesting contacts' network in different sectors such as automotive fleets, car rentals, car sharing services.

At the same time you will be able and supported to develop new strategies and an innovative approach to increase Atlante's business.


Main Responsibilities:


  • You will be in charge of partnerships and developing a strategy to boost synergies aimed to the increase of volume of final clients for our EV charging network.
  • Work closely and on a daytoday basis with the CCO, the General Manager, Head of Acquisition as with the central team, to develop and implement Atlante targets in Italy.
  • Work with the Italian growth teams, both in a role of leadership and guidance as well as practical support when required to implement growth strategies.
  • Analyze and deeply understand ATLANTE's business model. Become fully conversant with the key value drivers and their interaction.
  • Support leadership and commercial teams with the development of a clear and welldefined commercial proposition and strategic partnership approaches.
  • Work with the CCO and the commercial teams to prepare presentations, KPIs, KFIs etc. both for internal and external reporting.
  • Prepare and participate in meetings with potential strategic partners.
  • Interact with the global team and countries' reps to gather and share experiences.
  • Contribute to the strategic decisions and goal setting for future partnerships closing.
  • Imagine, study and implement new revenues models complementary to public charging and energy management (booking, advertising.), managing potential local pilots, when appropriate.
  • Proactively design processes and work methodologies which are digital, replicable, and scalable to the maximum extent possible. Contribute to the creation or improvement of digital tools and systems as part of your work culture.

Requirements:


  • Proven ability to manage, prioritize, and communicate competing deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask in a highvolume environment
  • Ability to prioritize specific tasks through prescribed processes, as well as identify, document, and implement improvements.
  • Ability to work effectively across different functions internally and external clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate quickly and succinctly in communication tools.

  • Proven strong people management, leadership and coaching skills.
  • Good listening and problemsolving skills

  • Prior management experience preferred in the sectors mentioned above in the main job description
