We are looking for an Office Coordinator to join our team in Milan. This will be a 6 months fixed term contract (Maternity cover)


What you will do

  • You will ensure that our Milan office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities
  • You will oversee office communications ensuring efficient workflow and effective communication within the office environment
  • You will manage and coordinate the administration of Italian benefits for example assist with ticket restaurant process
  • You will be responsible for enabling and organizing office and corporate events, off site meetings as well as being responsible for travel arrangements
  • Helps ensure we remain in compliance for all health and safety policies and regulations for the Milan office

What you will bring with you

  • 1+ year experience as an Office coordinator or similar role
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (written and verbal)
  • Experience in G Suite
  • Team player with a positive, flexible and resilient attitude
  • Ability to identify issues and come up with a solutions quickly and effectively
  • Ability to organize multiple tasks effectively and accurately
