Job Description As a social media Manager you are responsible for engaging, monitoring and growing social communities. You're creative, analytical and strategic—often times wearing all three hats at once to bring social programs to life.

You will support multiple activities such as monitoring, creating editorial content calendars, fueling community participation, identifying and connecting with influencers, concepting broader social campaigns, analyzing social activities and providing input for reports.


Your impact:

  • Effectively manage, schedule, and publish an editorial calendar for all Brand Social Channels
  • Monitor, listen, and engage with the community across all Brand Social Channels
  • Realtime monitoring of social channels to identify strategic opportunities and flag potential issues
  • Social listening for trending topics, conversations, events, and news
  • Leverage insights and learnings to inform monthly content and campaign briefs in collaboration with Strategist
  • Collaborate withCreative team in order to infuse strategy and community learnings/insights into the creative or conceptual outcome
  • Support brand loyalty and Curate UGC via active community participation and conversation
  • Directly interact with fans and followers, managing promotions and contests; monitor and report on fan behavior and interest trends
  • Work closely with Strategists, Analysts, Creatives, and Account teams to build relationships with internal team
  • Perform social audits to identify influencers and advocates for ambassador programs
  • Research and identify social media best practices and relevant brand examples within the space for proposals, POVs, and audits Qualifications 35 years of agencyside or brand experience publishing social content and engaging with an audience
  • A proven knowledge of major and emerging social channels, specific rules of engagement for brands/advertisers, and general platform policies
  • Strong verbal and editorial writing skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Expert in social best practices
  • Knowledge and passion for the latest trends and platforms across the social media landscape
  • Basic understanding of Social/Digital listening tools, tracking, approaches to measurement/metrics, reporting, etc.
  • Experience using the social publishing and content management platforms is a plus
  • Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attentiontodetail
