Job Summary:

The Payroll Analyst I ensures timely processing and remittance of income and unemployment taxes at the federal, state, and local level.

Involved in various compliance activities and performs tasks related to analysis, execution, and support of payroll tax payments, year-end processing, and payroll tax filings.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
High school diploma, or equivalent3+ years of experience in Payroll or AccountingAbility to work independently with mínimal managerial supervisionDemonstrated understanding of payroll operations and audit management conceptsAdvanced knowledge of written and digital project management toolsAdvanced knowledge of SAP/ SF ModulesKnowledge of advanced Payroll OperationsKnowledge with report writing in Global ViewAdvanced analytical skillsEnglish proficiency requiredDesired Characteristics:
Bachelors degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or International Business with a finance concentrationExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsExcellent time management skillsExcellent organizational skillsStrong troubleshooting, problem solving and creative thought processing skillsAbility to multi-task, coordinate, and planStrong analytical aptitudeHigh attention to detailIntermediate to advanced skill level of Microsoft ExcelAbout FieldCore:
