We have an amazing opportunity for a Guest Relation to join our Team at LABRANDA Rocca Nettuno, located in Tropea.

Our Guest Relation will be the first point of contact for guests, and on many occasions will represent the face of the hotel.

As our Guest Relation, you will be welcoming and have a professional appearance, as well as motivation and a positive attitude.

You will play a key role as a part of the LABRANDA Team and therefore be committed to our core values:

Key Responsibilities:
Provide upscale guest service experiences for clients throughout their stayEnsure clients are properly greeted upon their arrivalPromptly address guests requests, like in-room diningActively listen to and resolve complaintsCoordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve customer concernsInformclients of our hotel servicesPromote all hotel amenities, conveniences and programs offeredAnalyze customer feedback from hotel guestbook and online reviews and suggest ways to improve ratingsRecommend local tourist spots, including places to dine, shop and sight-seeEstablish friendly relationships with both regular and new hotel clientsReport regularly to the Hotel ManagerSkills and experience:
Proven work experience as a Guest Relation or similar roleUnderstanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant lawsProficiency in Italian, German and English; French is a plusCustomer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skillsExcellent problem-solving and multitasking skillsLeadership skills along with the ability to motivate a team into high performanceAbility to work flexible hoursExcellent organizational and time-management skillsStrong sense of responsibility and a professional presentationWork under pressureIf you possess the Knowledge and the experience above, we would like to meet you
