SERVICE NOW SPECIALIST:


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyse the different request/project to propose solution to implement it in ServiceNow.
  • Assist the team leader on different task as project and team management, business analysis.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the team to deliver engaging and consistent solution.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code and assist in maintaining and optimizing frameworks, libraries and plugins
  • Communicate technical decisions (architecture and design) to business and engineering
  • Research solutions
ADDITIONAL
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure all tasks are performed in compliance with security and quality aspects described in related Corporate Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Proactively communicate relevant opportunities, risks, and issues to ITSM team.
  • Complete ad hoc tasks and projects as required by the Company.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Good knowledge of Service Now and previous experience on Service Now
  • Exceptional JavaScript programming skills
  • Experience working with the following JavaScript libraries: AngularJS, Bootstrap, jQuery and Prototype
  • Solid knowledge of DOM manipulation
  • Deep knowledge of AJAX, JSON, HTML, XML, CSS, REST and associated frameworks
  • Exceptional debugging, testing, and problem solving skills
