**What you will do
**As a Quality Manager, you directly refer to the Plant Manager and a dotted line to our Global/BU Quality Manager. It is your responsibility to work on systemic evaluation of products, services, manufacturing or business processes, to ensure that standards of quality are being met, and that the Company's procedures and KPIs comply with the internal standards and requirements.

Working in the Corropoli Plant, the Quality Manager will lead the Quality requirements for the organization according to the ISO9001 system developed in the company.

HE/SHE will work cooperatively with the BU Operational Quality Manager.

How you will do it

Management and development of the quality department and its staff;
Develop and implement quality plans for improvement, programs and procedures using quality control statistics, lean manufacturing concepts, and sixsigma tools and analyses;
Maintain and develop Quality management system (QMS) Business processes and instructions, integrating with Safety and Environment Management Systems
Training of management as well as production engineers and technicians in systems and quality tools such as PFMEA, 8D, 5S and other, legal requirements and other applicable requirements;
Continues improvements, management review, Quality goals, KPI's, Monthly review;
Ensure Quality high performance in cooperation with our Global Quality Manager;
Active and prepare external and internal audit and team;
Assist the external audits for products approvals carried by Notified Bodies (CE,UL,...);
Work interorganizationally with sales, production, development, planning, R&D and warranty;
Manage the Q KPI reporting, corrective actions and root cause analysis;
Quality issues management, communicate with business partners, customers, Notify bodies and suppliers;

What we look for

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or related fields, with a minimum of 4 years experience in R&D or in Manufacturing, preferably Electronic Industry
Experience with QA work and knowledge; ISO9001 Auditor qualified preferred
Knowledge how to work with ISO9001:201
Knowledge and experience how to work and create processes and Quality demands related to CE marking, CPR; trained in IPC electronic board assembly is preferred
Lean experience in Operational (Manufactoring/R&D)
Certified Green Belt and Lean Leader, with theoretical and practical expertise in all relevant Lean and Six-Sigma tools and methodologies
Expertlevel communication (presentation, verbal, written) skillsset
Strong analytical skills and high level of proficiency with Minitab or equivalent Statistical package
High level of proficiency with all Microsoft SW's (Project, Excel, Visio, PP )
Fluent English
Quick Response QC experience is welcome
