Key Account Manager Demand Fulfillment

What You'll Do

  • Lead Point of Contact: Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, longlasting client relationships
  • Negotiation and

Profit Maximization:
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

  • Trust Building: Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Tailored Solutions: Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executives.
  • Reporting: Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) and prepare reports on account status.
  • Handling of

Multiple Accounts:
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

Collaboration:

Work closely with sales team and other departments and develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.


What We Are Looking For:


  • You must have a legal right to work in the country where the position is located.
  • You should have successfully completed your Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
  • Business fluent English AND local language (oral & written) where the job is based is a must for this position.
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
  • You must be flexible and have geographical mobility.
  • Creative, outsidethebox thinker who brings something new to the table and is not afraid to share those ideas.
