MAIN TASKS:


  • Placing orders to satisfy material planning purchase requirements.
  • Parametrization of the system determining coefficients, that is: delivery times, transportation time, consolidation days, security reserve etc. in order to ensure correct system functioning.
  • Monitoring fulfilment of open orders, gathering confirmations from the suppliers
  • Solving the problems of delayed supplies and advancing key materials deliveries to prevent delays in fulfillment of clients' orders.
  • Cooperation with commodity Manager (Supply Chain Organization) in terms of orders made for the first time, searching for vendors and establishing conditions of cooperation.
  • Contact with suppliers, analysis of their efficiency.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Experience: 2 years of work related to purchasing in multicultural environment, preferred manufacturing company.
  • Communicative Italian speaking, writing and fluent English
  • Excellent numerical and literacy skills,


  • Advanced computer skills

  • Microsoft Office.
  • Technical background will be an asset interesting in technical products, technology process etc. is strongly advised.
