The Human Technopole Foundation (HT) is a new interdisciplinary research institute, created and supported by the Italian government, whose aim is to develop innovative strategies to promote human health and aging through a multidisciplinary and integrated approach, combining genomics, computational and structural biology and neuroscience, as well as data and decisions sciences.

The Human Technopole Foundation is looking for a **Junior Controller - Cost Accounting.

Under the supervision of the Senior Controller Finance, the Junior Controller - Cost Accounting will support the reporting and budgetary control activities, as well supporting the development of SAP functionalities.

(S)He will have the following main responsibilities:

Actively contribute to the process of budgeting, forecasting and preparing long-term plans and suggesting any improvements to the process;
Collaborate in analysing deviations from the budget and implementing corrective actions;
Collaborate in updating the accountingmanagement model of the Foundation so that it correctly responds to the needs deriving from new rules, directives or changes in the organizational model dictated by governance;
Collaborate in the development of economic, financial and management reporting;
Participate in the annual financial statements closing process, supporting the yearend prepayments calculation and handling relations with the other departments involved in the process
University degree in Economics or Management Engineering or equivalent field;
Maximum 1 year of postdegree experience;
Knowledge of planning and control processes;
Knowledge of accounting processes and principles;
Knowledge of SAP, in particular of the FI, CO and FM modules is considered as a plus;
Excellent command of English;
Strong capability of MS Office suite
Ability to understand the needs of planning and control as well as the connections with the accounting aspects;
Problemsolving orientation;
Analysis and synthesis skills;
Exposure and presentation skills;
Stakeholder orientation;
Flexibility
