Professional Marketing Specialist (Hybrid)


Be active part of the development and implementation of J&J Consumer Healthcare Omnichannel strategy for Health Care Professionals (HCPs)

This position is
hybrid:

both based in Pomezia - Santa Palomba (Rome), Italy and remote.

What will you do

The Professional Marketing Specialist is responsible for:
Key Responsibilities***-
Support in the implementation of the local Professional Omnichannel plan:
  • support in the deployment and execution of brand plans, based on local or/and cluster Professional plan and strategic guidelines
- support and trained in the management of events with KOLs, such as congresses, ECM courses, webinars with focus on deployment and execution on time of all the contents related to its (congresses stand, HCP contents, etc ) and in line with J&J procedures and the requirements of local laws (AIFA procedures, etc )
- responsible for planning, management, deployment and execution of the professional platform (Academy Plus) and all the related functionalities such as webinars, on line video, etcincluding integration with external data coming from different sources coordinating IT, external agency and internal stakeholders (including Compliance Manager, Data privacy, labor of law, etc ) in line with internal procedures and local laws requirements
- support in the launch of CRM program including collaboration with agencies, IT functions in line with Cluster guidelines and calendar
- responsible for developing and coordinating the detailing materials (printed and digital) for REP's and acts, as point of contact, with external agency
- support for monitoring and reporting of campaigns and KPIs follow up

Responsible in tracking the local Professional Omnichannel budget:

  • POs creation, tracking BME budget

Responsible for ensuring high quality HCPs contents:

  • review & approval of HCPs contents with the support of Regulatory and Medical Affair
- ensure campaigns are in line with local Legal, Data Privacy, Regulatory, Medical and Compliance rules

Support in managing the external agency with a dedicated team of REPs on field:

  • support in monitoring performance
- ensure all the contents/samples are delivered in time
- ensure all the compliance rules necessary and the periodic review (ex. Samples reconciliation, periodic REP's training, REP's documents, etc
- coordinates the preparation of training materials for reps, as required, in accordance with SOPs and Procedures

Responsible for ensuring all professional activations are fully compliance with HCCBI requirements.

Guarantee actions for on time and completed HCC company system requests of all professional activities
:


  • Follow up ongoing compliance request until fully completion (HCC Life)
  • Support in managing all the legal agreements needed for the HCPs activities
  • Fulfil internal work process for HCC actions
  • Support in managing all the internal tools related to HCPs (HCC Life, Cornerstone, etc ) and all the agreements/documents necessary
Qualifications


What we are looking for
Required Qualifications


Education:


  • Degree in Healthcare Science or Business Economics

Experience:


  • Experience of at least 3/4 years in the pharmaceutical companies or in structured agencies with focus on HCPs, as target (different functions are evaluated: marketing, MSL),
  • Preferred: Prescription Drug market experience
  • Previous experience in managing activities with KOLs like congresses, events, webinars, ECM courses with a strong knowledge of the main local law requirements including AIFA/Ministery of Health approving rules and compliance rules (it's a must)

Languages:


  • Very good knowledge verbal and written English

Main skills:


  • Full knowledge of HCPs activities such as CME Courses, Congresses, KOLs management, educational campaign in terms of procedures and compliance rules (ex. AIFA, CME, Ministery of Health)
  • Very good skills of projects management and delivery on time
  • Standard skills on Microsoft Office package
  • Wellstructured and organized and focus on reach objectives
  • Capacity for effective collaboration and teamwork with agency, suppliers, interna
