Job description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, partners and stakeholders
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients and partners
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and market developments
  • Provide regular sales reports to senior management
  • In future, if and when the market opportunity grows, build and lead a small team of sales professionals and provide guidance and mentorship

Experience & Skills:


  • Essential_
  • 5+ years of experience as a senior Sales Representative or Sales Manager in Real Estate, PropTech, Architecture & Engineering or a similar field
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in PropTech, Smart Solutions and Digital Products for Real Estate Developers, Real Estate Asset Managers and their residents, for both builttosell and builttorent developments, mainly in Italy, UK and continental Europe
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills in English and Italian
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Knowledge of the Italian or UK Real Estate market is a strong plus
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Strong sense of personal responsibility regarding decision making and collaboration with work teams
  • Results orientation and propensity to put your skin in the game
  • Ability to anticipate challenges and try to proactively avoid obstacles
  • Strongly motivated, resultsoriented, curious, and open attitude

Experience & Skills:


  • Desired_
  • Past experience in Real Estate or Proptech solutions
  • Experience in managing a small team of sales people
  • Business Development experience and strong network of contacts among Real Estate market players in Italy, UK and around EMEA
