BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Parts Coordinator for an opportunity in East Milan, IL 61264

Position Title:
Parts Coordinator

Location:
East Milan, IL 61264

Anticipated Start Date:
Tentative 4/22/2024

Expected Duration: 7 months

Pay Range:
$20/hr. on W2 (must be able to work on W2 without sponsorship)

Shift: 1st shift

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Responsibilities:

Specific instructions will be provided on what measurements need to be made and how to make them.
Support offsite packaging operations in projects related to safety, quality and productivity.
Coordinates the resolution of parts problems between parts distribution center, factories, vendors and dealers regarding parts identification, mixed stock, defective stock or unshipped orders
These roles will be working in a warehouse environment and will require all necessary PPE safety shoes, safety glasses and gloves.
Employees will need to be able to lift parts weighing up to 50 lbs.

Top Must Haves:
- basic Excel, computer knowledge

Decision making skills
Ability to look at data sets

Requirements:

Able to lift 50lbs
Able to drive Cushman (small, battery operated vehicle similar to a small golfcart)
Comfortable in high traffic warehouse environment
Able to be on their feet 70% of day

Preferred:

Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, and/or supply chain but not required
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
Experience working with warehouse management systems (SAP)
Manager open to recent graduates
