In this role you will provide first and second level technical support for employees of the Packimpex Group across multiple European countries.

Within a dynamic team of IT professionals, you are the main point of contact for our 150 employees and will support them in troubleshooting and answer user questions in a friendly and competent manner.

What you will do
General first

Ideally you will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar positionGood communication skills in English and GermanIn depth knowledge of Microsoft Platforms such as Microsoft Office, Teams and ActiveDirectory.

Experience and/or knowledge working in a Citrix Environment or with Azure services would be an advantageYou are able to work independently but also enjoy working as part of a team and have a customer and solution-oriented demeanor.

Place of Work

This role can be based in any of our office locations in Switzerland, with regular presence required at our Head-office in Thrishaus near Bern.
