Job Description:

Your Opportunity

We are currently looking for a
_Global Retail Operations Project Manager Intern_ who will join our dynamic Sales Excellence team based in Milan.

Directly reporting to the Global Retail Operations Manager, she/he will act as a project assistant for all the retail projects on going and contribute in ensuring that retail operations and long-term developments at global level are seamlessly integrated and shared across all functions.

How you will contribute- Support the Global Retail Operations Manager in worldwide level projects that touches all phases of the Customer Journey- Work with the Regional Retail Operations referents, to create, maintain and constantly update the operating regional policies and procedures, to ensure that the operations are executed compliantly and in line with the Brands vision and Company's guidelines- Support the team in partnering with Corporate functions such as IT, Finance, Digital, Crm, Marketing, Production and Security to ensure that all developments are in line with the boutique needs and expectations in order to enrich the omnichannel customer experience- Continuously gather feedback and data from all markets and forward planning to ensure all activities are thought through.- Collaborate in reviewing operational efficiencies and benchmark performance levels.

Monitor KPI's and impulse corrective actions if needed

Who you are- Master's Degree, preferably in Economics or Management Engineering- A previous experience in project management would be considered a plus- Innovative problem solving, design and testing skills- Excellent IT skills, proficient in MS Office- Positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational and time management skills- Strong interpersonal skills and team-work oriented- Fluent in English and Italian
