Jil Sander is looking for the perfect profile for the Store in Milan as Assistant Store ManagerResponsibilities:

Support the team to transform each customer's experience into an excellent and unique one.
Create an authentic and lasting bond with colleagues by promoting professional growth, listening with respect and inclusion
Be a link, in the sales area, between colleagues and the store manager to guide and achieve individual and team objectives and act as a mentor for the team by

proactively offering insights, reflections and experiences
- support the store manager in driving the store's strategy to achieve the best sales performance

Actively contribute to the development and implementation of corporate action plans to increase sales for each product category and customer segment
Provide excellent and specialized customer service to develop longterm relationships thanks to CRM initiatives
Become a role model for quality sales and selfleadership by playing an active role within the team and helping to solve problems with positive results
Support and give team members the opportunity to carry out activities effectively and independently, generating enthusiasm and a positive team spirit

Profilo

Requirements:

3/4 years of experience in the luxury fashion in similar roles

Proactivity, enthusiasm, fashion knowledge, management skills and problem solving are the main characteristics required.
