Role description
The role holder will support the finance team (grant unit) in management and reporting of grants.

Main Activities

Preparation of technical and financial reporting of grants to financial authorities
Internal monitoring of expenses
Preparation/collection of all administrative documents for participation to call for proposal/call for tenders at national and EU level
Support technical team in proposals drafting and submission

Desired qualifications

Master's degree in economics/ law or equivalent; European funds studies will be considered as a plus
Min 2 years' experience in EU/National funded grants reporting; previous experience on R&D funds will be considered as a plus
Organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
