Agile Expert to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Global Operational & Organizational Excellence Division.


Mission:


From a perspective aimed at continuous improvement, drive the dissemination of an Agile mindset in the RINA organizations, by coaching, inspiring and mentoring teams on Agile framework, principles, values, practices, and tools.


Skills:


  • At least one of the following certifications:
  • Scrum Masters , Scrum Alliance, Scrum Education, Scrum Study)
  • Product Owners , Scrum Alliance, Scrum Education, Scrum Study)
  • Design Thinking knowledge is a plus.
  • Fluent English (both spoken and written)

Responsibilities:


  • Foster awareness of Agile through training, elearning pills, workshops, newsletters
  • Promote a servant leadership model.
  • Be a change agent.
  • Spread the dissemination of Agile culture and values.

Towards the assigned teams:

  • Drive Agile processes and events (daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospective meetings....)
- remove team-level impediments and resolve conflicts.
- facilitate communication and effective collaboration.
- promote continuous improvement to guarantee better product quality, faster deliveries, and more effective ways of working.
- help teams implement changes effectively.

Education:
