share with markets
powerful marketing strategies, brand growth models, programs and tools for
Aperol,
Sparkling Wines &
Gin **in order to expand the Group Global Leadership and to further develop consumers' brand love.


Mission/Objectives


As a key member of the
Global Strategic Marketing (GSM) team you lead the evolution of the brands' growth models, brands' communication and development of brands' activation territories giving proactive strategic guidance to activation and expansion in the Markets.


You have a strong knowledge of the brands (features and treatment) and under the guidance of MD Italian Icons you develop brand positioning, create global ADV assets, work on strategic planning, development of new product and POS materials, marketing tool kit elaboration.

You coordinate key external and internal stakeholders involved (incl. GSM team members, local marketing, other internal stakeholders and third parties) to ensure a successful team working and proper focus on brand profitability target achievement.

Leadership of a Team with the mission of coaching them to contribute to a strong pipeline of new Marketing Leaders.


Key Responsibilities and Activities

1.


Global Brand Positioning:

Contribute to all stages of the positioning process, under the guidance of the MD Italian Icons, to guarantee a proper balance between creative and structured strategic thinking throughout the process; key activities:

  • _Selection of key markets (selected among core and potential ones) _
- _Elaboration of clear position and role for each single brand within category _
- _Ensure global ADV assets roll out across Regions and Countries_
- _Conduct 1-to-1 meetings btw GSM and Business Units _
- _Leadership of creative Agencies_

Strategic Planning & Analysis:

- _Develop long term strategic brand and category planning as guidance for in market activities_
- _Prepare and conduct strategic workshops in the relevant markets, in collaboration with global customer and channel marketing, Global Consumer Engagement and Global FP&A _
- _Ensure the brand building digitalization across the category, brands and team's capabilities_
- _Facilitate the integration of GSR recommendation into the Strategic Plans elaborated by Markets_
- _Monitor the category and brand profitability trends and analyze variances versus plans_

New Product Development:

Design NPD process, in collaboration with MD Italian Icons, BI Director and the SC Innovation Project Manager (IPM) in charge of the project, to ensure a strong engagement of (leading) local Market along the innovation process; support key activities such as:

  • _Elaborate the consumer insight brief_
- _Check strategic alignment of the idea with brand architecture (if Market initiative)_
- _Brief Technical Centre and design agency _
- _Validate liquid and packaging validation_
- _Elaborate _business case (incl. both financial as well as strategic/market assumptions and goals/KPI)_

Marketing Toolkit:

Deliver to the Markets a broad and rich Marketing Tool Kit on how to execute growth strategy in the market to activate and expand the brand, including
- _Support global C&CM and global Consumer engagement in developing straightforward guidelines and initiatives for Route to Consumer setting and development, both within all channels (on, off and e-commerce) _
- _deliver full communication platform for brand/ category including all the digital assets_
- _deliver global Brand PR and global digital marketing guidelines and tools _
- _Collaboration with Brand House team to develop Flagships_

Brand Community Management:

- _Ensure experience sharing through contact points _among Markets and between GSM and Markets_
- _Proactive participate to the preparation and execution of the _Marketing Management Team Meeting and Brand Forums _
- _Interface and support Global BI and Consumer Insight Director in developing a unique set of approaches, standards and tools _
- _Develop digital channel strategy and assets in cooperation with Global Italian Icons Digital Marketing Manager _
