- Monitorare e analizzare i risultati e gestire il Product Lifecycle Process Flow.
- Gestire e ottimizzare gli investimenti di marketing, entro il budget assegnato.
- Definire la strategia educazionale.
- Erogare formazione scientifica alla sales force (ISF) sui prodotti e in relazione ai target medici di riferimento.
- Sviluppare materiali di comunicazione scientifica e di promozione di prodotti.
- Sviluppare le strategie di comunicazione più indicate in base alle esigenze mediche.
- Partecipare / Strutturare eventi, congressi e hospital meeting.
- Instaurare e mantenere solide relazioni con i Key Opinion Leaders del settore.
- Gestire in modo ottimale le relazioni con stakeholder interni (nazionali ed internazionali) ed esterni all'azienda.
- Laurea ad indirizzo scientifico, preferibilmente in Farmacia, Tecnologie Farmaceutiche, Biologia o Ingegneria Biomedica.
- Buona capacità di elaborazione e analisi dati, al fine di comprendere le caratteristiche del prodotto farmaceutico in gestione e di identificarne gli elementi distintivi verso i competitors.
- Leadership, proattività e ottime capacità relazionali.
- Capacità di comunicare correttamente messaggi scientifici a diversi livelli.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
- Conoscenza dei principali strumenti di Microsoft Office (in particolare Excel e PowerPoint).
- Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio nazionale.

Product Manager – Area Nefrologia
La risorsa, riportando al Responsabile Marketing di business unit, avrà la responsabilità di gestire il lancio di un nuovo farmaco nell'ambito della patologia renale cronica, nella fase di terapia conservativa per il canale ospedaliero.
Nello specifico si occuperà di:

· Esperienza di product management all'interno dell'area terapeutica della Nefrologia e introduzione nella classe medica di riferimento.
