Exciting opportunity for an
Accounts Assistant to support the Global Finance team across Europe and USA, this role will be varied and will support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and general accounting duties.

Responsibilities will include:

Credit control
Cash book maintenance
Maintaining the company purchase, sales and general ledgers
Bank reconciliation
Supporting other reconciliations where needed (suppliers, accounts etc)
Investigating and resolving issues
Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers where needed
Other general and fiscal administration tasks and all ad hoc requests as required
Support the entire team in changing of IT management system.

Required Skills:

Master's degree in economic studies
Proficient English level (French is an advantage)
You must be tenacious, with a good eye for detail and a willingness to see things through
Good communication skills are essential.
