Posizione:


Digital Diversity Week supports Diesel in the search of profiles belonging to the protected categories (L.68/99) as Demand & Stock Planning Intern.

The role will support the team in the coordination of sales channels planning activities and in the sales performance monitoring, particularly focusing on the following activities:

  • Performance of production launches, assuring proper stock availability for all channels and minimizing the stock level impact. Carefully evaluate the production launches in order to contribute to reduce the stock levels.
  • Proactively propose, monitor and push the activities about stock management and the initiatives to reduce the leftover.
  • Provide specific analysis to commercial organization to further boost the business by category.
  • Provide comprehensive set of stock and replenishment report to allow the commercial organization to monitor and push the Replenishment business.
  • Provide solid Replenishment sale/stock analysis to guide the simplification, rationalization, definition of the Replenishment matrix with specific feedback/watch out.

Main interfaces:


  • HQ Logistics and Production departments;
  • Sales Operations team (Global Planning and Customer Services);
  • Regional Sales teams;
  • HQ Finance and Brand departments.

Requisiti:


  • Belonging to the protected categories l.68/9
  • Degree in statistics, engineering or economics;
  • Interest in business analysis in fashion or retail environment;
  • Proactive and flexible on priorities;
  • Ability to work in team;
  • Excellent use of Excel (i.e. pivots, macros etc.) is required, knowledge of Stealth 3000, SAP, Oracle and Sales Planning tools (also for retail channel) would be preferred;
  • Good knowledge of the English language completes the profile we are looking for.
