RINA is currently looking for a Senior Consultant specialized in Public Funding and Subsidized Finance to join their team based in Milano, La Spezia, Roma, Lecce, or Genova, operating within the Cyber Security and Management Consulting Division.

Mission

RINA is seeking a Senior Consultant for Public Funding and Subsidized Finance to join the Industry Division team.

Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will be part of a team focusing on strategic consultancy and subsidized finance projects, being responsible for:

• Studying national and international funding schemes;
• Managing subsidized finance projects such as IPCEI, Innovation Fund, PNRR;
• Dealing with tax credits, Sabatini, and other financial instruments;
• Monitoring tenders;
• Providing financial reporting;
• Managing client relationships and identifying business opportunities;

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience, preferably in consultancy;
• Strong skills in coordinating, supervising, and ensuring quality in complex projects within the subsidized finance sector;
• Deep knowledge of European funding mechanisms and tools;
• Understanding of public subsidized finance services;
• Degree in economics, engineering, or political science;
• Excellent proficiency in English;
