Continuous Improvement and Power BI Expert


Are you energized by the opportunity to enhance your digital and leadership skills and accelerate business digitalization and performance across manufacturing operations? If so, this role could be an exciting opportunity to explore.


As a Continuous Improvement team member, you will contribute to defining and driving the execution of the Site Strategy and to leading and driving the Continuous Improvement agenda within the Site with a clear accountability on Power BI and RPA infrastructure consolidation.


In this role, you will...

  • Work with Site Leadership Teams, CI Team and site Leaders to set and implement the BI infrastructure for the site to achieve better Safety, Quality and Performance goals
  • Contribute to the deployment and sustainability of the BI reports and RPA and the GSK Production System.
  • Train people within the site on Power Bi and RPA to improve capabilities, measure the growth of Power Bi and RPA capability on site and work autonomously to clarify problems related to the digital tools/coach people to solve those problems at all levels of the organization.
  • Drive the execution of businesscritical improvements across the site (i.e. leadtime, productivity) with direct and significant impact on the mid to longterm business results.
  • Engage and inspire the leadership teams to set challenging targets and provide tools and methodologies to assist them in the delivery of their objectives.
  • Collaborate with CI Team on improvement initiatives with the aim to provide digital solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:


  • Demonstrated experience on several systems and methodologies related to digital
  • Mastering in construction of power apps, power BI reports, electronic dashboard etc.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience in complex business context
  • Expert in data analysis

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:


  • Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in Italian Language
  • Knowledge of Statistical basics
  • Coaching
  • Lean and Six Sigma tools and methodologies and certifications
