As part of the Supply Chain structure, you will support warehouse operations through the definition of processes, flows and in the drafting and issuing of the procedures and documentation necessary for its functioning, for all new projects and for modifications of those already present.


You will join a highly dynamic team of professionals, where you will be exposed to clients and regulatory agencies from all over the world.


As the point of contact for quality activities (SOP, CAPA, etc) you will be involved in the expansion of the current Warehouse as well supporting in managing our external warehouses.


What will you do?

  • Follow procedures as outlined by Best Practices, SOP's & work instructions. Take direction from Site Supervisor/Manager (and Senior Lead) regarding daily duties.
  • Promote personal growth and development by staying abreast of new policies and improvements without the presence of site trainer and management team.
  • Listens to customer concerns, diffuses dissatisfaction, and quickly identifies course of action with a goal of first call resolution within established turnaround times

Job-Specific Duties may include:

Programming

  • Collaborate with the Client Service and Planning team for the preparation and implementation of warehouse procedures and documents (internal and external), in order to guarantee production departments and customers compliance with delivery plans through the correct use of IT tools, appropriately interacting with the departments involved.
  • In collaboration with Supply Chain, support the definition, preparation and drafting of shipping validation documents.
  • Encourage the emergence of opportunities for simplifying procedures and flows, which make it possible to increase warehouse efficiency, in line with the guidelines received and in compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate in the implementation of the actions deriving from the Quality PPI initiatives in the times and in the manner foreseen;
  • Support the management of external warehouses of procedures and training

Quality

  • Participate in technical meetings / conference calls with customers for the introduction of new processes / products or for the review of current ones.
  • Manage customer inquiries in collaboration with other functions.
  • Report any anomalies found during operations to the Warehouse Managers and Quality Compliance.
  • Work with Quality Assurance in handling deviations, complaints, investigations and corrective actions.
  • Participate in the execution of self audits / customer audits / audits of regulatory bodies and in the implementation of any corrective actions in compliance with current regulations (current US GMP, EU GMP) and company quality standards.
  • Open/handle change controls collaborating with other functions.
  • Participate in the analysis and definition of the necessary actions to remove the causes of defects and complaints.
  • Propose, based on what emerges from the checks and monitoring, GMP training courses applicable to the warehouse activity, participating in them as a trainer.
  • Manage the CAPA system resulting from quality investigations.
  • Handle Deviations, Investigations related to quality issues. Procedures and other documentation
  • Support and carry out requests for qualifications and profiles, following training, for new and existing personnel
  • Periodically review current GMP requirements and evaluate the need to update procedures and other documentation.
  • Draw up and review the User Requirements for the warehouse together with the Manager. Training
  • Ensure GMP training of internal and external warehouse personnel, in compliance with current regulations (current US GMP, EU GMP) and company quality standards.

Education:


  • High School Graduate and preferably an Associate's degree

Required Experience/Qualifications:


  • Thorough knowledge of cGMP Regulations and safety laws (Safety)
  • Proficiency with Office package
  • Professional experiences: In Logistics, Quality, Warehousing preferably in GMP certified production companies
  • Languages: English and Italian
