- Long term Contract Opportunity - Hybrid - Bologna


On behalf of one of our global clients, RED is currently looking for a Senior IT Service Delivery Manager to lead a team and support them with one of their ongoing projects.

  • Bologna/ Hybrid 3 days/week expected onsite
  • Capacity 5 days/week
  • Duration 3 year project with rolling extensions


  • Languages

  • Italian and English (mandatory)
  • Start
  • Rate 300 Euros/day all inclusive, slightly negotiable
  • Preferably located in Bologna or nearby, willing to commute

Requirements:


  • Strong experience with IT service delivery handson, 7+ years.
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management
  • Strong ERP experience, preferably in either/both SAP and Oracle
  • Conduct Internal and Client meetings.
  • Coordinate requirements, activities between implementation partner and the client
  • ITIL preferable but not mandatory
