Our Finance team in
Trento (
Italy) is currently looking for a:

JUNIOR CONTROLLER

Involved in the Finance team of kdc/one home care, our Junior Controller supports the preparation of
monthly and weekly reports (sales, costing, expenses, working capital, KPIs), support monthly
forecasting process, support and elaborate
ad-hoc reports.

Responsibilities_

-
Reporting activities, cost control, working capital, standard costing and variances, investment/CAPEX analysis, expenses (cost centers) and industrial KPI monitoring, direct labour efficiency, KPIs.

Support on
standard costing release, SAP transactions:
Support on the
development and implementation of reporting tools (SAP, Tagetik, TM1, Business Intelligence, Analysis for Office).
Support home care division sites with reporting process, data access, templates, databases, ensuring compliance with kdc/one policies/procedures.
Requirements_

-
Fluency in English is a prerequisite:

Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business and Administration:
1
/2 years of experience in similar positions, preferably in FMCG Companies
Experience abroad is a plus
Knowledge of the
financial reports and local accounting standards:
Strong knowledge of
MS Office (Excel is a must); SAP and Tagetik are a plus:
Highdeveloped analytical and organizational skills
Able to communicate and work with people at different job levels; a good team player
Willing to learn and grow professionally
Willing to travel.
