The local Credit Risk Management - International Private Bank team is looking for a Credit Analyst with at least 5 years of experience in SME and MidCap segment.

Position description

Analysis of Credit Requests for Italian SME and Mid Cap under various industry sectors and for a wide range of banking products (i.e. trade finance, mortgage loan, bilateral or syndicated corporate loans)
Assessment of credit profile through review of due diligence documentation, critical evaluation of financial statements, business plans, information captured from most relevant tools and data base (Cerved, Centrale Rischi etc), info about industry and sector, market context and related trend, business model and peers
The output of the analysis is formalized in a final Opinion supporting the Approval within delegated credit authorities or supporting credit recommendations addressed to local senior management/ Head Office Frankfurt.
Direct support in CRM additional activities and projects (i.e. approval of new products, review of credit policies, projects led by COO)
Providing of assistance on reporting requests for internal / external auditors and regulatory authorities

Main requirements

Min 5ys work experience in banking in areas having direct interactions with CRM and Credit Risk
Degree in Economics, Management Engineering
Advanced skills in utilization of Excel, basic utilization of SAS

- robust technical and quantitative analysis skills
- good knowledge of cash, trade and derivatives products offered to corporate clients (including mortgage loans)
- good level of English written and spoken
- basic knowledge of Italian law
- ability to work under pressure
- effective interpersonal skills and good communication skills
