Local Unit & Position Description:

The main areas of responsibility are:

Support the internal process for all Product Assurance Service with specific focus in Medical Sectors;
The knowledge and competence to support internal process for Industrial Sectors is a plus.
Ensure support to each Operation activities, with focus in Medical sectors: planning, qualification and training on site, projects review, projects maintenance, managing mailbox and relative requests, related to certificates issues too.
Ensure support in Planning activities to others LUs, interfacing directly with foreign colleagues.
Ensure support to activities: new quote, recertification, company name changes management, managing mailbox and relative requests.
Autonomy in achieving the assigned tasks

Position Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree is a plus.
Demonstrated skills with Excel, Access, MS Project, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
Good communication skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Italian
Some sales experience is an advantage
Focused on customer satisfaction
Structured and organized
Service minded
Accurate
Independent
Comfortable with a wide variety of administrative tasks, but also routine work
