Who we are looking for:

We are looking to expand the team with a finance partner to help across the board with a focus on reconciliation of business plans with financial statements, cost optimization analyses and reporting.

Few examples of responsibilities:

Provide regular financial analysis for informed business decisions.
Create financial models, trends analysis, and adhoc fiscal forecasts.
Implement effective accounting policies and models.
Conduct regular reviews to identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
Support the company ERP implementation acting as coordinator among all departments involved.
Perform operative administrative task in order to ensure the accuracy and punctuality of department results.

Ideal Background:

Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance, Economics or Management.
Limited previous experience in the role.
Italian and English Language proficiency.
Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft office package (particularly Excel and Power Point).
Analytical approach and passion to work with numbers
