Who we are looking for:


We are looking to expand the team with a finance partner to help across the board with a focus on reconciliation of business plans with financial statements, cost optimization analyses and reporting.


Few examples of responsibilities:

  • Provide regular financial analysis for informed business decisions.
  • Create financial models, trends analysis, and adhoc fiscal forecasts.
  • Implement effective accounting policies and models.
  • Conduct regular reviews to identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
  • Support the company ERP implementation acting as coordinator among all departments involved.
  • Perform operative administrative task in order to ensure the accuracy and punctuality of department results.

Ideal Background:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance, Economics or Management.
  • Limited previous experience in the role.
  • Italian and English Language proficiency.
  • Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft office package (particularly Excel and Power Point).
  • Analytical approach and passion to work with numbers
