- Accurate data entry: creating new opportunities, projects, and quotations
- Liaising with suppliers and Procurement team for correct system recording
- Supporting team in monthly closure process and reporting preparation for Management Team
- Monitoring timesheets and ensuring month-end deadlines are met
- Invoicing activities
- Assisting in analysis of monthly results
- Supporting project controlling activities for accurate project data and reporting
- Collaborating with Project Managers to review project progress within set parameters
- Assisting the team with inquiries and ad hoc project administration tasks
- Experience in project support or similar role with process-driven approach
- Strong IT skills including MS Office applications (Excel - pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with databases, familiarity with MS Dynamics, SAP, or similar applications advantageous
- Strong numerical skills
- Commercial awareness, consultancy or engineering company experience desirable
- Interest in fast-paced project-based environments with practical approach
- Fluency in English & Italian
