Sales Engineer
(Impiegato Tecnico Commerciale)


COMER represents HANBELL providing high-quality screw compressor products to her customers, is located in the province of Varese Italy - the center of the RHVAC industry in Europe.

COMER has been authorized to introduce and promote the first class of HANBELL products with high reliability, competitive price, and excellent lead time to international customers, both creating & sharing a win-win situation.


Responsibilities
The role is responsible for providing quality and efficient technical support to key customer, generating sales leads that develop into new customers:

  • Handle customer's inquires and product requests
  • Prepare and host customer meetings and visits, and follow up with action items
  • Clarify customer's requests and initiate a customercentric response
  • Lead the communication with customer on product development and abnormal events
  • Track customer status and escalate customer's issues to management

Required Qualifications

  • High school or equivalent, preferably in mechanical or similar area
  • Min. 3 years experience on Sales, Trading or Marketing area
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing in English
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work afterhours when needed
  • Availability to travel

Education:


  • High school or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Sales, Trading, Marketing: 3 years (preferred)

Language:


  • English (preferred)
