WHO ARE YOU?
For our Padua's Store we are looking for talents who want to undertake a training and development path in the context of Omnichannel CX.
- You have a Degree / Master in Digital Innovation, Marketing Strategy or similar.
- You are interested about the Home Furnishing business
- Are you a cheerful and outgoing person that have an entrepreneur spirit and believes in our corporate mission of creating a better everyday life for the many people?
- Are you ready to undertake a journey in a multinational context and in a dynamic, fluid, structured and constantly changing environment?
Through this internship and a training project focused on Omnichannel Customer Experience, you will become part of our team. Your main task will be to encourage customers to meet IKEA also in a digital way.
Guided by your company's tutor and together with your team you will be able to:
- Be an ambassador of digital change within IKEA
- Meet the customer, understanding their needs and promoting a smooth and simple shopping experience across all channels
- Execute an impact communication strategy that helps the consumer to recognize the different IKEA contact points
- Implement the digital systems available by fully exploiting their potential so that they become indispensable tools for customers and coworkers
- Monitor and analyze the trend of connected KPIs
NOTE

IKEA Padova, Via S. Fraccalanza, 1, 35129 Padova (PD)
Duration: 6 months, 40 hours per week. At the end of the internship a possible direct placement in the company will be evaluated.
Reimbursement of expenses: 600 €
