Descrizione del posto (Mansioni)

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Back Office Sales Assistant in charge of assisting and coordinating with the front office team, supporting the customer service team with returns and refunds, and supporting the team in the processing of invoices and credit notes.

MainResponsibilities
Specifically, the resource will be responsible for the following activities:
Managing end-customers inquiries using the CRM platform Zendesk and other logistics tools.
Ensuring high standards of customer experience.
Creation and coordination of our customers' database.
Updating records and information using our e-commerce system.
Conducting normal administrative tasks such as invoice processing, supply orders, etc.

Profilo

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar fields.
Previous sales or administrative experience is preferred
Excellent organizational and time management skills, proactive attitude, attention to detail, and precision.
Analytical abilities and aptitude for problem-solving
Strong predisposition to teamwork
Fluent in English written and spoken - this is mandatory and will be tested Importante Azienda the interview process
Proficiency in MS Office (in particular Excel, Word, PowerPoint; etc.)
