- Act as the primary point of contact for team members
- Manage and streamline HR processes and procedures, ensuring compliance and effective team communication. Collaborate closely with department leaders to enforce policies and protocols
- Provide support to department leaders in various areas including procedures, payroll, staffing, communication, and addressing team queries and concerns
- Handle recruitment for all positions by posting ads on internal/external job boards, coordinating candidate information, and drafting job offers
- Coordinate with partners for international recruitment to facilitate proper submission of applications
- Maintain accurate employee records and update processes to ensure compliance
- Develop and implement new programs for recognizing team members
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Talent and Culture generalist role
- Preference for candidates with prior experience in the hotel industry
- Proficiency in Italian is mandatory, while English proficiency is a plus
- Must be able to reside and work in Italy with no sponsorship available for candidates from outside the European Union
