CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

Responsabilies:


  • It manages the direct relationship with the customer, complying with company procedures and policies, dealing with the analysis and resolution of system inventory discrepancies;
  • It monitors the activities relating to order management, in order to be able to update the customer in a timely manner (evasions, delays, shortages, etc.);
  • It monitors the operational management of logistics flows in order to ensure customer satisfaction;
  • It manages activities related to disputes, i.e. charges or credits related to the service provided to the customer (e.g. charges for inaccurate picking, breakage/lack of goods, etc.) through an interface with the customer;
  • It cooperates with the other corporate functions involved in the process;
  • It anticipates and/or handles customer reports of any inefficiencies in the activities provided by the company, in cooperation with their manager;
  • It periodically compiles statistics within the timeframe and in the manner defined in the contract or on the basis of the company's and client's contingent requests/needs;
  • It manages transport in the sense of arranging pickup orders and coordinating incoming vehicles with related issues;
  • It processes and manages all operational/customs documentation related to in/out (e.g. receipt, CITES certificates, accompanying documents, etc.);
  • It carries out its activities in compliance with work safety regulations (Legislative Decree 81/08) and safety procedures intended as protection of company assets;
  • It ensures SOX compliance on all processes under its responsibility.

Requirements:


  • Diploma or Degree;
  • At least 3 years' previous experience in the role, preferably in structured companies;
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office package (in particular Excel);
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, customer orientation, flexibility and reliability;
  • Proactivity, problem solving, accuracy, aptitude for operations, punctuality and the ability to work in a team.
