- Pricing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the pricing team to create a competitive pricing strategy.
- (Internal) Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with various teams to ensure alignment on product vision and strategy.
- (External) Stakeholder Collaboration: Regularly engage with strategic partners, customers, and vendors.
- Tradeshows: Represent products at industry events and conferences.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators for product success.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in product and portfolio management for complex products.
- Minimum of 3+ years in product management with New Product Introduction (NPI) experience.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take calculated risks.
- A proactive problem solver with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks.
- Travel may be required up to 15%.
- Experience in the security industry.
